Simpel popje breien

Van het patroon van de Globetrotters. van de Witte Engel, heb ik ook een popje gemaakt. In het patroon staat dat je het moet breien op pen 5, ik vond dat te grof en heb het aantal steken aangepast en op pen 2.5 gedaan. Het naadje moet eigenlijk aan de zijkant zitten maar ik heb dat midden-achter gedaan. Het hoedje heb ik zelf verzonnen, gewoon een beetje rond haken en een randje eraan. Gebruik je fantasie en maak er een mooie muts op ;-)

Zet 30 steken op met naalden 2.5:
4 ribbels (mosgroen).
12 naalden in tricotsteek (groen)
1 naald recht (mosgroen)
1 naald in boordsteek 1/1.(mosgroen)
10 naalden in tricotsteek (zachtgroen)
1 naald in tricot (mosgroen)
Afhechten.(mosgroen)

From the pattern:
Globetrotters. I made the pattern a little bit different. I translated the stitches and when you put it together ... the side is stitched in the middle of the back. The hat is made up (crochet). You can do that to, just use your imagination ;-)

Cast on: 30 stitches needles 2.5
4 garter Stitch (darkgreen).
12 Stocking Stitch (green)
1 row Knit (darkgreen)
1 row Rib 1/1. (darkgreen)
10 Stocking Stitch (lightgreen)
1 row Stocking Stitch (darkgreen)

Pierlala

Dit is mijn versie van Pierlala. Pierlala is een pop van de Witte Engel, ook maken? Dat kan want het patroon kun je downloaden!
Pierlala patroon
Zoals ik al vertelde heb ik het iets anders gedaan en daar heb ik foto's van gemaakt, misschien heb je er wat aan als je hem ook wilt maken;-)

1. Maak een bolletje van het wol. In het patroon staat dat je een hoofd moet maken van 20cm rondongemeten.

2.Leg het bolletje op de ster.

3.Vorm het hoofd en bind het af voor het nekje.

4.Zet het draad vast zodat het nooit kan verschuiven.

5.Maak de ogenlijn en trek na het vastzetten (de kruisjes op de oorpunten) aan de achterkant het draad naar het nekje toe. Voor een goede uitleg van een hoofdje, kun je kijken bij Jetje

6.Zet het ogendraad vast met naaigaren zodat het nooit kan verschuiven door bijvoorbeeld een knuffelend kind ;-)

7.Om het hoofd straks recht op het lijf te krijgen zet je spelden op de oorpunten. De ogen geef ik ook al aan met spelden maar dat is eigenlijk niet nodig.

8.Ik heb het neusje iets kleiner gemaakt dan wat er in het patroon staat. Zet het neusje in het midden, net iets onder de ogenlijn.

9.Naai het neusje rondom vast.

10.Knip een lapje huidtricot van 20cm breed en 20cm lang. Vouw het lapje dubbel op die manier dat de draadrichting verticaal loopt. Voor de vorm, zie foto. Eerst naaien en dan pas uitknippen.

11.Draai de koker met de goede kant naar buiten en trek het vanaf het nekje over het hoofdje.

12.Naai de bovenkant netjes dicht.

13.Zoals je ziet heb ik nu eerst de onderkant dicht gemaakt. Pas daarna heb ik het nekje afgebonden. Dit heb ik gedaan omdat je zo geen plooitjes krijgt bij het nekje.

14.Naai het bovenlijf (draadrichting loopt van mouw tot mouw) en rijg de nek opening losjes door met kleine steekjes. Je kunt het heel voorzichtig over de knobbel trekken. Zet het rondom vast met de jij-en-ikke-steek.

15.Knip een ovaal lapje van 6 bij 10cm voor het bovenlijf. Dit heb ik gedaan zodat het wol niet vanuit de armen naar beneden in de staart kan zakken en de pop kan hierdoor ook makkelijker zitten.

16 en 17.Zet de mouwen even vast, vul het bovenlijf met wol en speld dan het ovale deel aan de onderkant.

18.Knip de staartdelen (draadrichting loopt over de lengte van de staart) en naai ze aan elkaar. Dan vul je de staart luchtig met wol. Speld de staart aan het bovenlijf. Naai het staartgedeelte met de ji en ikke steek vast aan het bovenlijf.

19.Nu is het tijd om de armpjes luchtig op te vullen.

20. De handjes naai je eerst op de naaimachine (draadrichting loopt van vulopening tot vingertop) en dan pas knip je ze netjes uit (Dit zeg ik omdat een naaimachine anders wat naar binnen kan trekken) Maak een klein bolletje voor de duim.

21.Om dit bolletje op zijn plek te laten zitten, zet je hem even vast met een speld en vult dan het handje. Naai het netjes dicht.

22.Rijg de mouw door en steek het handje er in. Zet het handje rondom vast. Andere kant ook zo.

23. en 24.Nu is het tijd voor de ogen. Meet van oor tot oog, van oog tot oog en van oog tot oor. Overal zijn het aantal centimeters hetzelfde.

25. 26. en 27.Pit de ogen door en begin vanaf de voorkant. Als je naar achteren door het hoofd hebt gestoken, haal je de naald er uit en stopt dan de draad aan de voorkant door de oog van je naald.

En verder...verder moet het wel lukken toch? Je kunt de ogen en mond er op tekenen of borduren. Ik heb de muts (draadrichting loopt over de lengte van de muts) geen rand gegeven zoals in het patroon staat beschreven (vind het niks extra's toevoegen)

English version of Pierlala:

This is my version of Pierlala and if you want...you can make Pierlala yourself! Pierlala pattern I took some photos because i made Pierlala a little bit different. The head, torso and hands are attached with the 'jij en ikke steek' I have no idea what it is called in English...so here's a photo

1. Make a ball of wool. (The head is 20 cm from nech to neck)

2. Put the ball on the star.

3. Form the head and tie it off in the neck.

4. Make some stitches around the neck line so it will never move.

5. For a good explanation of a head, you can look at Heather´s head

6. Make some stitches around the eye line so it will never move.

7. Put pins on the ear crosses. You can do the eyes as well but that is not really necessary. The ears are very important . Those pinns must be richt above the shoulders when you put the head and body together.

8. I made the nose slightly smaller. Put the nose in the middle, just below the eye line.

9. Make little stitches around the nose.

10. Cut a piece of skin stockinette 20cm wide and 20cm long. Fold the piece twice in that way that the grain runs vertically. For shape, see picture. First sew and then cut out.

11. Turn the case with the right side out and pull it from the neck over the head.

12. Stitch the top neatly.

13. Stitc the bottum first. Then tie the neck. If you do it this way...you don't get wrinkles in the neck.

14. Sew the upper body (grain running from sleeve to sleeve) and lace the neck opening with small stitches. You can pull the upper body very gently over the knot (under the head) and tie the lace treads together so the neck is tucked in and can not move. Than stitch around.

15. Cut an oval patch of 6 to 10cm for the upper body. I did this so that the wool can not move from the arms down in the tail (otherwise the doll will lose its shape).

16.->17. Pin the arms to the body, fill the upper body with wool and then pin the oval piece at the bottom.

18. Cut the tail parts (grain runs the length of the tail on) and sew them together. Then fill the tail with wool (keep it fluffy not hard). Pin the tail on the torso and then you can stitch it together.

19. Now it's time to fill the arms (keep it fluffy).

20. Then sew the hands (grain runs from filler neck to fingertip) and then cut them out neatly (I say this because whem you cut it first...the sewingmachine will eat the fabric) Make a small ball for the thumb.

21. To keep the ball on its place...you must put a pin behind it and then fill the hand (now you can put the pin out). Close the opening with small stitches.

22. Lace the sleeve by hand and put it in there. Tie the lace tread together so the hand will be stuck. Stitch the arm and hand together with small stitches. Other side as well.

23. 24. Now it's time to make the eyes. Measure from ear to eye, eye to eye to eye and ear. Everywhere the same number of centimeters.

25. 26. 27. Pit(?) the eyes first and start from the front. If you have back stabbed in the head, remove the needle from the thread and then stops at the front by the eye of your needle.

You can draw/stitch the eyes and mouth. The hat of my Pierlala (grain runs the length of the cap) does not have an edge as described in the pattern ( I do not think it's adding something extra to the doll)

Gebreid visje voor Bassie

Wij hebben er een gezinslid bij! Hij heet Bassie en is het aller aller liefste katertje van de heeeele wereld. Iemand van het forum liet dit gebreide vis patroon zien en ik kon het natuurlijk niet laten om er ook eentje voor onze lieve Bassie te maken.

Yo yo maker

Dit is een yoyo maker, ik heb het grote en het kleine bloemetje. Erg leuk en makkelijk om dingetjes te versieren. Nu heb ik een paar espadrilles die ik wilde opleuken maar ik twijfel. Ik wil ze naar een trouwerij aantrekken en misschien is het wel beter als ze gewoon simpel blijven. Het keperband om mijn enkels geeft zowiezo al wat extra's. In plaats van keperband kan ik natuurlijk ook zijde linten gebruiken, dat maakt het dan misschien net iets chiquer.

This is a yoyo maker, I have the large and small flower. Here you can see all types together. Now I have a couple espadrilles that I want to pimp. The shoes are for a wedding. Maybe they don't need to be pimped and just remain simple. Maybe I shout only chance de ribbons in sattin ribbons, which will make it slight chiquer.
